About Kristopher Tramont

Kristopher “Kris” Tramont is a REALTOR® and Broker Associate with Real Broker and leader of X Team, serving New London County, Southeastern Connecticut, and parts of Rhode Island. Kris began his real estate career in 2017, and he and his team have guided 800+ successful real estate sales across CT and RI. He specializes in residential home sales, first-time homebuyers, veteran homebuyers, and military relocation, with personalized guidance for clients moving up, downsizing, or relocating.

Kris represents buyers using VA, FHA, conventional, and other financing, working closely with their lenders to develop a clear purchase strategy. He helps active-duty service members, veterans, military families, and relocating professionals buy and sell near Naval Submarine Base New London in Groton, the U.S. Coast Guard Academy in New London, and Electric Boat.

For sellers, Kris starts with a comparative market analysis and practical advice on preparation, presentation, and timing. He combines strategic pricing and proprietary marketing systems with professional photography, video, drone footage, 3D tours, Zillow Showcase, and digital advertising. His goal is to generate buyer demand and negotiate the strongest possible price and terms.

For buyers, he provides honest feedback, local market insight, offer strategy, and skilled negotiation, with guidance through inspections and closing. Every client receives a clear plan backed by organized transaction management and consistent communication.

Kris serves Groton, New London, Waterford, Ledyard, Gales Ferry, East Lyme, Niantic, Mystic, Stonington, Montville, Uncasville, Norwich, Old Lyme, and surrounding Connecticut communities, as well as Westerly and Ashaway, Rhode Island. Kris and X Team challenge the status quo—delivering what others promise through proof, systems, and performance.
