Kris began his real estate career in 2017, and he and his team have guided 800+ successful real estate sales across CT and RI. He specializes in residential home sales, first-time homebuyers, veteran homebuyers, and military relocation, with personalized guidance for clients moving up, downsizing, or relocating.
Kris represents buyers using VA, FHA, conventional, and other financing, working closely with their lenders to develop a clear purchase strategy. For sellers, Kris starts with a comparative market analysis and practical advice on preparation, presentation, and timing. His goal is to generate buyer demand and negotiate the strongest possible price and terms.
For buyers, he provides honest feedback, local market insight, offer strategy, and skilled negotiation, with guidance through inspections and closing. Every client receives a clear plan backed by organized transaction management and consistent communication.
